DESCRIPTION:2016 ROARING RIVER ZOMBIE CRAWL\n\nOct 27th\, 28th\, 29th and 30th of 2016\n\n****SPECIAL NOTICE****\n\nThe Zombie Crawl is changing locations. No need to make reservations. The new location is Paradise Valley Camping Club Inc. The resort is located just outside Roaring River State Park just beyond Campground #1. They have offered to host our Sisters On The Fly outing. The facilities are much better. I was worried about the chance of inclement weather but we will have access to a library with wifi\, tables\, books\, movies\, air hockey and etc.\n\nFor our potluck there is an enclosed pavilion. There are nice clean showers and a large bathroom. The sites offer water\, electric and sewer for $22 a night. It is first come\, first serve but they are going to set aside 40 camping spots. The campsites are paved and level. There are trees between the campsites and the campsites are located on a loop so we will have access to all our Sisters.\n\nIf you are not signed up and want to come you will just need to RSVP yes. I have reserved 40 sites. If there are more needed I will need to call first to see if other sites are available. If you are already signed up there is nothing more to do. The arrival date is still Thursday or Friday and the departure date is Sunday.\n\nOn arrival stop at the gate house and let them know that you are with Sisters On The Fly and pay. You may then go choose your campsite. This should be much better. There is also a big fire ring and they said they will make sure we have plenty of firewood. We can still enjoy the fishing\, hiking\, and all the activities that Roaring River offers.\n\nYou don’t want to miss this Frankentastic Sister event. Put on your “Walking Dead” shoes and be a “Dead Ringer” of your favorite zombie. Come join us for the 2016 Zombie Crawl at Paradise Valley Camping Club Inc. in Eagle Rock Missouri. I know it states this event is full but if more Sisters want to attend I will call and see if there are more campsites available. I don't think this will be a problem since it is so late in the year. This is an official Sister event with no event fee. Sister’s on the Try are welcome. Event begins on Thursday Oct 27th and will conclude on Sunday Oct 30th.\n\nPets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and kept away from pavilion where meals are being prepared and eaten. You must clean up after your pet.\n\nAll SOTF rules apply….no men\, no children\, and.... Be nice!\n\nLet’s have more fun than anyone!\n\n*All Sisters attending will need to e-sign a waiver @ sistersonthefly.com &gt\; Events &gt\; E-Sign our Wavier. *\n\nTerror-ific Thursday – Mischief and Mayhem Meet and Greet! Get to the park\, set up and relax. We will have a roaring fire in the evening so please bring a snack that we can enjoy around the campfire. We will see our old friends and get acquainted with our new Sisters. Don’t forget to wear a name tag. You may be “caught in the web of friends”.\n\nFreaky Frightday: Breakfast and Lunch on you own. In the afternoon we can carve pumpkins to help decorate our trailers for the Zombie Crawl. You will be responsible for bringing your own pumpkin to carve. At dusk the Zombies will come out (that’s us Sisters) and trek to each other’s trailers for treats and maybe a libation or two….or three…..Then we will gather around a glowing campfire to talk about our favorite jack-o-lantern\, haunted trailer or what Zombie we loved most. Prizes will be given for each. We will be “carving out memories”.\n\nSpell-Binding Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch on your own. Saturday you will have the day to fish\, hike\, Junk or just hang around. Saturday night @ 6:00 we will have a Ghoulish Pot Luck. Bring anything from soups\, casseroles\, desserts and beverages. Got a favorite? Please bring the recipe and share. Bring your Dutch Oven and we can experiment together during the day.\n\nSpook-takular Sunday: Pack up at your leisure. Have a safe trip and Bone Voyage!\n\nThis will be an enjoyable weekend to relax\, enjoy nature and have fun with our Sisters! Paradise Valley Camping Club is in a very pretty setting. The campsites are paved and level. There are trees between the campsites and the campsites are located on a loop so we will have access to all our Sisters.
