DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS FULL! NO WAIT LIST IS AVAILABLE AS OF OCTOBER 4\, 2016.\n\nThe Sisters will be going back for our sixth year camping at beautiful Stone Mountain Campground. This is the very best time of the year for camping in Mid-state Georgia. Our weather will be wonderful\, don't you know! nights might be cool\, so sweater weather time!\n\nYou may call Darlene at 770-498-5710 to make your reservation beginning November 4\, 2015. Please be certain to speak to Darlene only at the campground\, tell her you are a member of Sisters On The Fly and give her any special needs that you may have with the particulars about your trailer so she can recommend the best spot for you. The sites in G\, H\, and I are more suitable for trailers less than 20 ft in length. If you have a larger trailer you may be more comfortable in one of the other loops that will give you more room. Yes\, it may be further away from the base camp at H-190 but a good and level site may be more important.\n\nYour co-hosts will once again be Anita Wallace and Peggy Richmond.\n\nThe event fee is $15 pp non-refundable and payable at time of RSVP.\n\nUPDATE--- UPDATE---- UPDATE AS OF August 23\, 2016\n\nPlease highlight and print this activity schedule.\n\nANNOUNCEMENTS\n\nGATE PASS. This pass will be in the FILES section of the Facebook page or I can send you a copy by emailing me at prichmond09@aol.com.The SOTF Stone Mountain Gate Pass 2016 must be put in the window of your vehicle when entering the park in order to avoid an entrance fee of $15. Please download from Facebook and print. There are no exceptions to this\, if you show up without the pass\, the park will charge you an entrance fee.\n\nTRAILER SITTING SCHEDULE: Volunteers\, you will find this schedule on the Facebook page under FILES. Please print a copy for yourself.\n\nSHOW AND SELL Please feel free to bring YOUR items for sale at your campsite. We love to buy treasures from each other.\n\nMichelle Miller in site #208 is offering Free ice available Thurs to check out Sunday. Scoops provided\, bring your own container.\n\nTrailer dolly &amp\; rake available at site #208 any time- just bring the items back when you're done so others can use them.\n\nSISTER ONLY TRAILER TOUR-If you would like to participate in a trailer tour\, please meet at the base campsite H-190 on Saturday at 5 PM. So many of us would love to see how others have decorated their trailer. We get ideas from each other and its just plain fun. This is optional and only if you want to!\n\nSHOW TRAILER OWNERS- SETTING UP YOUR TRAILER FOR SHOW IN THE COUNTRY LIVING FAIR\n\nPlease meet Anita Wallace at base site H-190 at 1 PM on Thursday to go into the fair together for staging and set up of your trailers. Anita will notify you if this time should change.\n\nACTIVITY AND MEALS SCHEDULE:\nBreakfast and lunches are on your own\, there always seems to be someone making coffee in the morning to share\, or hook up with your neighbors and make your own plans.\n\nThursday: 3 PM- 5 PM Registration and name tag pick up at Base camp H-190 with Peggy Richmond\n\n(Please wear your SOTF lanyard if you have one. If you are a new sister or have never received a SOTF lanyard\, you will be get one at registration. All Sister- on-the-Try guests will be provided with a name tag.)\n\nTammy Sanders and Donna Davenport invite you to join them for dinner at the German Restaurant. It's a tradition\, if you want to go\, meet at the Pavilion at 4:30 pm\, will be back in plenty of time for Pearls and PJs.\n\n5-7 PM Linda Davis at site #261 in K Loop is hostessing a potluck dinner. Stop by Site 191 and help us get the evening off to a fun start.\nWe'll break at 6:30 to either get fancied up for the Fabulous Fifties dinner party at 7 or to start moseying up the road to the pavilion.\nWe hope to see all NEW and SEASONED Sisters there!\n\n7 PM- Fabulous Fifties at the Pavillion "Be there or be Square"\n\nDress is "Fifties" style\, anything goes from poodle skirts to blue jeans and bobby sox. We'll be listening to the oldies and dancing the bop and the swing. There will be photo opportunities and other fun activities. Delicious diner style food and drink will be provided. You may bring a favorite beverage to share if you like.\n\nSATURDAY NIGHT LIVE: Starting at 6 PM\, Michelle Miller at site #208\, offers up the best Peach bourbon BBQ sliders. Bring your chair\, drink and a side to share if you wish. There always seems to be plenty of food. She will serve 'til it's gone\, Plates and cutlery provided.\n\nThen mozy on over to Debra Facer's annual camp fire in site #197. Deb will be posting details for her camp fire.\n\nThere is the park laser show and other venues available\, also\, that you may want to explore. Details about Park events are in your bag that you receive from the campground when you check in to your campsite.\n\nSUNDAY: Most sisters will be departing around noon\, however\, if you plan to stay over until Monday please let me know. There are several of us that will be staying until Monday morning\, maybe we can get together Sunday evening.
