DESCRIPTION:I LOVE FALL CAMPING #6\n\nTHERE ARE A FEW SPOTS THAT JUST OPENED UP. If those are taken - to get your name on the wait list\, please email the following to Theresa Leppert\, sotf3904@gmail.com. (Your name\, Sister #\, Contact Number and Email\, and type of camping unit\, i.e. tent or trailer and if they intend to share with someone else who is already attending.)\n\nLet’s finish off our camping season with our favorite event: ILFC#6! Karen Reichart has decided to step back a bit\, and she and Betty are only going to be in charge of the auction. That means someone had to step up to continue this tradition – and it takes FOUR of us to fill Karen’s shoes! (Theresa Leppert\, Kaye England\, Tammy Witmer\, and Beth Bricker.)\n\nTHEME: Luau beach party! So get your Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts ready!\n\nHOSTESS GIFTS: Please\, no gifts! We would rather you donate an item or $ to the auction!\n\nCAMPING (DIFFERENT LOOP): Reservations cannot be made until 6 months before the date\, so some time in April. We will be in Loop: Family Campground Electric\, Sites 89 through 139. We are camping in a different loop this year\, one that is more contained. That means we have ONLY 50 SITES\, and we will allow 55 attendees. Tenters will need to share a site with a Sister with a camper\, and there are already Sisters who camp together sharing a trailer\, so it shouldn’t be an issue.\n\nPlease do not book sites 133\, 135\, 136\, 137\, 138\, 139 as our four hostesses and our auction team will be using these sites as our base of operations.\n\nMEALS: We will sign up for meal teams as we get closer to the event.\n\nPETS: No pets at this event\, please!\n\nSISTERS ON THE TRY: This event will be open only to Sisters on the Fly\, no SOTTs at this time.\n\nCONTEST: More details TBA\, but we are going to Decorate a Bra for Breast Cancer as has been done in a previous year. So be thinking about your design and start collecting items/working on it! Bring your auction items!\n\n· Lunch on your own and free time.\n\n· Afternoon: Group Hike (weather permitting)\n\n· Auction\n\n· Pink Dinner\n\n· Recognition Ceremony\n\n· Dueling Campfires\n\nSATURDAY: Luau Beach Party!\n\n· Breakfast at Campground - TBA\n\n· Trailer Tour\n\n· Lunch on your own and Free time\n\n· Dinner and Luau at Peppermint Hill Shelter\n\nSUNDAY: Parting is such sweet sorrow! :-(\n\n· Breakfast at Allison’s site\n\n· Pack up and head out. :-(\n\nNew Info: CAMPING RESERVATIONS\n\nWe have decided to pay for/reserve the entire loop for Thursday to Sunday\, simply because this is such a busy park and we want to make sure that our loop is all Sisters! There are three possible scenarios:\n\n1. You are camping Thursday through Sunday.\n\n2. You are planning to come earlier than Thursday.\n\n3. You are sharing with another Sister.\n\n· COMING IN ON THURSDAY: If you are coming in on Thursday\, you will need to pay Theresa Leppert directly for your campsite fees. Three days is $101.30\, including transaction fee and taxes. You can pay Theresa by Check (see address below) or via Paypal or using a credit/debit card.\n\no Theresa Leppert\, 408 S. If payment is not received by April 11th\, you are not guaranteed a site.\n\n· COMING IN EARLIER THAN THURSDAY: If you are coming in EARLIER than Thursday\, you will need to book those earlier days on Reserveamerica.com. So if you are coming in on Tuesday\, you will need to go to www.reserveamerica.com and book your site for Tuesday and Wednesday night.\n\no Pick a site from the loop (sites 89-139 – Please do not book sites 133\, 135\, 136\, 137\, 138\, 139 as these are reserved for our committee members.)\n\no You will still need to send $101.30 to Theresa Leppert for Thursday – Sunday nights.\n\no Once you book your site\, please notify Theresa Leppert (sotf3904@gmail.com) so she can note such in her spreadsheet.\n\n· SHARING A SITE WITH ANOTHER SISTER: One of you will need to do one of the above\, and work out between yourselves how you are going to split the costs\, who is going to pay what/who.\n\n· CAMPING NEXT/NEAR TO ANOTHER SISTER: If you want to be next to someone\, please include the details in your email and I will do my best to accommodate you.
