DESCRIPTION:\nFall Campout at the White Tanks\n\n\n47\n\n 	Nov 10\, 2015 · 12:00 PM\n 	\nWhite Tank Mountain Regional Park\n\n\n\nFall Campout at the White Tanks\, Another fun time in the White Tank Mountains.\nNoon\, Thursday November 10th to noon Sunday\, November 13th\, 2016\n\nNonrefundable\,  $10.00 RSVP/SOTF fee payable by PayPal or Credit Card.\n\nWhite Tank Mountain Regional Park\,  Go West on Dunlap/Olive ave until it ends\nright at the Park Entrance. Outing will be at usual\nGroup site\, stay to the right about 3miles to north end of park.\n\nDon't pay for nights camping until you reach the Group site.\nFees will be collected there\, $15.00 per camp unit\, per night.\nThe site has a large gravel area for parking\,(no hookups) We will need to park\n"close" as usual to get everyone in. Flush toilets\, Hot showers \, Water at\nramada area.\nThe electric outlets at roofed Ramadas are for cooking or cell phone charging .\nconcrete tables\nThis event is for all sister with paid up dues\, No men\, No kids\, No pets\, &amp\; Be nice.\n\nA SOTF waiver must be signed\, (On line at SOTF website)\nBreakfasts &amp\; lunches on your own\nCoffee will be served at the Ramada every morning\, Please feel free to put out\nsnacks to share at anytime.\nPlease no peanuts or celery in any dishes due to some who have allergies.\n\nSATURDAY Night Costume Party Theme is "Dia de los Muertos" or "Day of the Dead".\n\nCampfire every night\, so throw in a few sticks of wood. Time for LRC games\,\nBarter or Swap tables\, can be put out (at your camp )all weekend.\n\nAnyone wishing to have craft or other activity put it in the comments.\n\nLooking forward to seeing everyone\, our new Hostesses for this event are Cindy Thayer and Sharon Masciale.  Any questions call Cindy at 602-923-4549.\n\nUPDATE!!!!!\n\nThe clock is ticking away and the White Tanks will be here before you know it! Sadly this year the big garage sale at the Arizona Traditions will not be on the same weekend as our campout\, it will be the weekend before\n\nFor those of you who have not attended this event before it is a very relaxing\, do your own thing kind of weekend!\n\nMeals:\n\nOn your own for breakfast and lunch\, coffee will be available in the Ramada every morning so bring your favorite creamer .\n\nThursday Dinner is on your own sometimes people put out appetizers to share but nothing formal planned!\n\nTo help coordinate the potlucks I have set up a sign ups for Friday and Saturday potlucks on the website Lucky Potluck… login is cthayer13@hotmail.com password- popcorn . Friday night is Mexican night (first name A-L) and Saturday is your choice (first name M-Z). Please limit your dish size to feed 8-10 people and remember to take your leftovers and serving dishes back to your camp when the meal is over. Makes for quick and easy clean up.\n\nSister Kathleen will be leading a craft project for anyone interested on Friday at about 2. She has posted the supply list here in the comments on this event page and also on Southwest SOTF on Facebook. You can show off your headdress at the Saturday eve Costume Party!\n\nOur Dia de los Muertos Parade will start at about 4:00 on Saturday. So become your favorite Sugar Skull! There will be an alter that you can place offerings to loved ones who have passed Pictures\, religious artifact\, candles\, skulls.\n\nThere are currently 11 people on the wait list for this event. If you are not planning to attend and you have a confirmed reservation please let us know as soon as possible so we can let the next sister on the waitlist know they can join in the fun!!\n\nRemember the $15 daily camp fee is to be paid at the campsite not at the main gate. There will be a sign at the entrance of the group site so you’ll know you’ve arrived!!\nMake sure your waviers are signed on the SOTF website!!\n\n\n
