Classic 1969 Coachmen Camper

Good condition, clean title. I'm selling b/c I have another vintage camper and don't need 2 anymore.

12' box -floor- + 3.5' tongue + .5' back bumper = 16' total length. 7' wide.

3100 lbs Super easy to tow.

Wheel bearings repacked and brand-new radial tires from Trailer Source Oct 2025 -have receipt-

Updated white/gray interior with laminate wood floor, new metal roof vent, roof is watertight and sealed. No leaks.

2 propane tanks, gas stove and oven, furnace, fridge, sink -no water tank? we just bring water jugs-. Stove works. We've never used the oven, furnace, fridge, or water system.

Toilet has been removed, but the separate room could be used for a luggable loo or porta potty, or could be used as a closet. Ambitious person could reinstall a toilet and black water tank.

Shore power for electric lights and outlets - all work. Also wired for battery, but needs new connectors and battery. When not using shore power, we use rechargeable LED lights -2 included- and battery lanterns. The vintage propane light has been removed and capped the line, but it could be reinstalled.

Slight damage to front exterior where someone jack-knifed into it. It has been patched and sealed. No leaks. She's not perfect, but she's solid and ready for the road.

Lockable storage compartment in back.
