• 12 foot -not including tongue-
• Propane stove, refrigerator, light and heater all in working order 
• 110V electric lights with plug ins
• Pull down bunk
• Sofa can be pulled out for bed. Also have optional twin mattress that can replace sofa cushions for a full time bed. 
• comes with hitch with sway bar 
• Jacks included

As with any older camper needs some TLC but it has treated us well for many years.
