30ft long, 1970 Airstream Sovereign Land Yacht with almost fully redone interior.

The previous owner gutted it, altering the original layout to accommodate a queen size mattress at the rear of the camper -as opposed to two twins in the middle-. He installed new subfloors, walls, cabinets, electrical, etc. The walls are bead board on the bottom and cork on top, which is lightweight, reduces noise, and insulates.

I rerouted and upgraded the plumbing, installed new linoleum floors, painted throughout, replaced the mattress, and built L-shaped seating with storage -seats are deep enough to comfortably sleep one adult on each side or two children-.

The stove is still original, and is missing a knob, and it would great with a powder coat finish. Additionally, the exterior has been brought to near mirror finish, but will require additional sanding. Dent on passenger side rear was there when I bought it, exterior is in really good condition for the age, and with some TLC, she will really shine!

All linens, including pillows and curtains, will be sold with the camper. Wall art will not, nor will camping supplies. Bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower -with sky light- not pictured because it is small and difficult to photograph. Airstream has no air conditioning, a propane heater in the kitchen, and an electric fridge. Camper uses single battery and has electrical hook up. Also, it has two 20 gallon fresh water tanks. TV needs repaired or replaced.
