Miss Magnolia Rose a 1969 Sage manufactured by Shasta is up for sale at $10,500.  She has currently been remodeled in the last year and has new roof, new wood flooring, new doors, new ceramic tile countertops, microwave as well as new mattress and new couch cushions .  She also has a trailer valet and an electric Jack.  All windows have been pulled and resealed.  A new rock guard has been added and the doors have been rebuilt and sealed.   Miss Magnolia Rose has new curtains also. Tires have had bearings repacked.   She has tons of storage too.
