Newly refurbished,  hand crafted inside and out... 1971 Kayot 12' camper trailer is available for purchase.   A new paint job really makes this trailer stand out and the interior creates a homey fun comfortable place to relax and enjoy. 

Sleeps three comfortably, back bed pulls out to create a double, and the original table folds down for the second bed.   Included if wanted is a double blow up mattress, however the foam pads are pretty comfortable.

A solar panel has been installed on the top for off the grid camping, it's also extremely convenient. 

A new water tank, water lines and pump have been installed. The toilet plumbing was removed, but the closet is open for a compostable toilet.  One will be provided if so desired.

Heater, refrigerator, stove all work, however the oven is not functioning at this time, I am looking into that and perhaps will be working shortly. There is lots of storage. The fridge has a little rust on the inside, but harmless. Ill provide a picture if you like.

The tires are in excellent condition and the spare on the back is also excellent. There is a trailer hitch on the back bumper which is really convenient if you want to pull something behind. 

Included is the 12 Volt battery, propane tank, electrical cords, hoses, tire iron, jack, and stabilizer jacks.

This is a really cute, fun trailer that pulls like a dream. She has a clear title and is ready to hit the road. I forgot to add a picture of the back end, I will gladly send one if you like, or any other pictures.  Thank you for your consideration!!
