This little 18" very rare 1949 Kit Grand Chateau is nearly all original. She was parked most of her life and covered outdoor but the previous owners did not cover the hind end and the inly problem with her is some dry rot in the back end. There is a photograph of it. The original Martha Stewart green Apache sofas fold down and match the original lamps/shades!

The fridge compressor came on when we plugged her in and it looks like the stove was rarely, if ever used. The sink is original and we even have the contents of the first aid kit! It had a very straight body. Its magnificent, really. However the original owner painted parts of the exterior for some reason. I tested it to see if the paint would come off and it does quite easily. They also painted the interior. It was probably birchwood, ouch! There are new tires and a good title. There was never a bathroom but my husband says there is room under the bed for a boat potty. 

She"s adorable and her flaws are all fixable without a full on remodel, ladies. She is rare from the best era. Built like they meant it.

the tires are new but the barrings have not been repacked my husband recommends trailering her to her new forever home. This is a deal and very unique!♥️
