Adorable 1968 Vintage 12" Cardinal. I have camped in it for the past 4 years. Before that it was parked in a backyard and used as a little girl"s princess house. It has a little stained wood in bathroom ceiling, as it once leaked. No leaks now and I tarp it every winter.

Comes with:

Beadboard walls throughout -except bathroom- carpeted; clean title in hand; 3 burner propane stove; built in microwave; refrigerator; 8 plugins; 2 propane tanks; lots of storage/cupboards/closet; original stabilizer jacks; good water system; tires are ok. Every year I get a little air at Les Schwab and they say they are fine…..   ALL WORK!

Small room with porta potty in it -same size as regular toilet- I have some boxes of bags/chemicals.

No battery and the holding water tank with pump for dry camping does not function

The picture with 2 beds is how I bought it. Does not come with that blue table. Easy to put back to that design as I have the pads and bedspreads for the 2 beds. I changed it to 1 twin size mattress for more room. I have a pink table that can go in the middle.  It tows very easily, under 2000 lbs.
