Camper perfect for family or  solo campers.  Clean inside and out and clear title.  Located at Illinois/Wisconsin border.  17' Casita Spirit Deluxe.  Axle  capacity 3500 lbs.  Total dry weight 2440.   Bench and dinette table seats 4 and  converts to sleep  2.  Two seater cushioned table  converts to single bed.  Full kitchenette that has 2 burner cook top, microwave, sink.  Oversized refrigerator/freezer.  Seldom cooked inside and no pets or smokers.  Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.  Gas heat, air conditioner, hot water heater and fantastic fan.   Full length storage closet and large storage under bed.  

Includes detachable  sway bar for trips that requires it.  Tried out, but never really needed.  I tow trailer with my 2012 Honda Pilot. May put that up for sale later. 

I sew in camper and play games  with 4 of us.  Shelf and hookup for cables and TV.
