I have spent countless miles traveling in my 1972 trailer, exploring the beauty of my home state, Oregon, and venturing into Washington and Idaho. A few years ago, I decided to expand my horizons by attending several SOTF events in Arizona. At first, I felt a bit intimidated by the prospect of traveling alone. However, after talking with Kris Brown—an inspiring woman who has journeyed all across the United States—I realized it was time for my own adventure. Her encouragement gave me the confidence to go out and experience life on the road. I enjoyed the challenges, new environments, and lifestyle.
